PT. Sarana Dinamika Pratama carried out calibration services for several measuring and testing instruments at a textile manufacturing company in Tangerang.
The instruments calibrated during this project included:
- Oven
- Analytical Balance
- Crockmeter
Each instrument supports a different part of the manufacturing and quality control process. The oven is used to maintain controlled temperature conditions, the analytical balance supports precise mass measurements, and the Crockmeter is used to evaluate color fastness to rubbing on textile materials.
Calibration helps verify instrument performance and ensures that measurement and testing results remain accurate, consistent, and reliable. By calibrating several instruments during one service visit, the customer can maintain equipment readiness while improving the efficiency of its calibration program.
The services were performed by PT. Sarana Dinamika Pratama’s calibration laboratory, accredited by the Indonesian National Accreditation Committee, or KAN, under accreditation number LK-352-IDN, in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
